In June, Brianne was selected as the National Alliance's 2017 Outstanding Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year for the state of Texas, putting her in the running for the National award.

​

This August, out of 36 state-winning finalists, Brianne was selected as the National Alliance's top choice for 2017's Outstanding CSR of the Year.

​

We think Dr. William T. Hold, Ph.D., CIC, CPCU, CLU, President of The National Alliance, said it best with “[Brianne] represents the backbone of the insurance community, those customer service representatives distinguished for providing exceptional service on a daily basis.”

While we've always known Brianne's breadth of insurance knowledge coupled with her natural leadership ability, helpful nature, and joyful personality was something to celebrate, we're thrilled to share her accomplishments with you and the rest of the nation!
